Please call your OB: If u do not have a UTI must r/o other problems like a yeast infection or herpes or other problems that could cause burning such as other stds or u could have an abrasion or cut or small tear, u need an exam and a culture.

The tip/head of my penis sometimes burns when erect/aroused. But its hard to pinpoint where it occurs. Sometimes it feels like the urethra. Sometimes lower near the frenulum. Sometimes I have burning pee but Im negative for UTI/STI/bac prostatitis?
