Been in ketosis to lose weight (>25 g carbs/day). lately my heart feels like it's pounding. heart rate/blood pressure are normal. should i be worried?

How do you: know you are in ketosis? Ketones in the urine are concentrated and do not mean you are ketotic. You've probably getting dehydrated. Try eating a normal diet, but restricting calories if you're attempting to lose weight. You need a life-long program, there is no quick fix.
