I have been feeling very weak and tired. No energy and no motivation. I have a very slow heart rate - 47 and my blood pressure is 120 over 56. I feel shaky and my heart beat jumps around I am a runner. Could I be lacking some sort of mineral. ?

Pounding heart palpitations. Resting heart rate 72-74bpm. Palps as high as 90-100bpm. Fatigued and dizzy. Blood work was normal. Is this concerning?
Back in may I felt tired checked my heart rate and it was 48. Went to dr and found out I have high blood pressure 160/90. this happened around the same time. I have lost weight and do walk every day. My HR normally 60 now it's 45 to 55. Is this ok?
