Macrosomia: Every baby grows at slightly different rates. U/S measurements are "dated" on an average growth rate, so any given time may be larger or smaller than average, but still be normal. Sometimes, the U/S may be correct, but since bleeding can occur with pregnancy, you may just have gotten pregnant a month earlier than you calculated.
