Don't worry yet: fetal ultrasound is challenging as the subject (baby) rarely sits still and in a cooperating position and it is also performed through many layers of the abdominal wall. Therefore any possible issue is referred for repeat ultrasound or more in depth ultrasound. A large percent of fetal heart issues seen on anatomy us are normal with echo. Don't worry until you have more information.
