25 week ultrasound showed possible tilted apex pointed to right. baby is growing normal, very active and the rest of anatomy is great. whats going on? going for fetal echo soon. can this be normal or very serious. should i worry

Don't worry yet: fetal ultrasound is challenging as the subject (baby) rarely sits still and in a cooperating position and it is also performed through many layers of the abdominal wall. Therefore any possible issue is referred for repeat ultrasound or more in depth ultrasound. A large percent of fetal heart issues seen on anatomy us are normal with echo. Don't worry until you have more information.
