Endometriosis: Women who have a hysterectomy secondary to pelvic pain due to endometriosis, can still have pelvic pain after hysterectomy. I'm not sure why your ovaries would have been removed at age 27, unless you had cancer? I would definitely see your gynecologist as it sounds as if you have no female pelvic organs left to have pain from. Possible that it's musculoskeletal or gastrointestinal as well.
