No whatsoever...: There are no reports of any people continuing to transmit Ebola after recovery & are symptomatic. The existence of Ebola in semen is based on a PCR assay detecting Ebola genetic material weeks after recovery. Though this is true, it DOES NOT MEAN THERE IS BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE VIRUS. In fact, there is NO CASE in literature to date to ever describe transmission of the disease through semen!

We need a consensus: Otherwise we are asking different questions. Does "recovery" mean simply resolution of acute symptoms, or does it mean complete clearance of viral load? If it means the former, then the answer would be "yes," because the WHO has cited cases of the virus present in the semen of otherwise healthy asymptomatic men. If it means the latter, the answer would obviously be "no."
