Dr. Frances Ilozue is a Primary Care Physician, originally from Nigeria in West Africa and a graduated from State Medical Academy Saint Petersburg Russia in 1996. She was at University at Buffalo Internal Medicine/Pediatric Residency from 2002 to 2004, and later completed Family Medicine Residency at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center Johnstown, Pennsylvania in 2007.
Dr. ILozue established Rapha Family Medicine in Buffalo NY, a comprehensive primary care practice serving the Buffalo community since 2007. She strongly believes that, every individual should be educated and empowered to take charge of his or her health, through patient-doctor partnership. As part of the Greater Buffalo United Accountable Healthcare Network (GBUAHN), she has partnered with other local physicians committed to improving the health of adults, youths and children in WNY.
Dr. ILozue is the president and founder of Rapha Health and Wellness Foundation Inc, a Not-for-Profit 501 (c) (3) Organization focusing on providing Education and Healthcare to the Undeserved locally and International. She is very passionate about wellness and prevention and hopes to collaborate with like-minded individuals or groups seeking to make a difference in the lives of those less privileged all over the world.
