Here are some ...: Most UTIs in females are uncomplicated and in lower urinary tract - bladder & urethra. If the offending bugs are sensitive to antibiotic, within 1-2 days, the treated patients should feel better and become symptom-free in 4-7 days but not always for few. If indeed UTI involves kidneys, the pattern of improvement is similar but take longer to completely go away and Rx should be x2 wks at least...
