BPD: No, so far it has not been possible. It is best to be treated with a mood stabilizer plus antidepressants as needed. Maybe some day......but not yet. Stress reduction, adequate sleep, good nutrition, exercise will all help.

Unfortunately, no.: Unfortunately, bipolar disorder is an actual biologic problem that is best treated with medications that act on the brain, just as diabetes medicines (for example) act on the body to treat that condition. Bipolar disorder will not go away on its own, or get better with herbs or supplements.

Unfortunately not: There are no well conducted, reproducible studies showing anyone cured of bipolar d/o naturally. It can go into remission for periods of time without any intervention, but that's not a cure. It does not mean diet cannot help, but it is good to use it WITH medicine and not alone. Avoiding sugar, and artificial sweeteners may help. Avoid alcohol, caffeine. Exercise definitely helps the brain!
