Bipolar disorder : Bipolar d/o is a biologically based disease that affects Pts moods. It can't be cured by cognitive remediation. Cognitive remediation can be helpful in improving cognitive deficits that may accompany the illness (visuospacial processing, for instance). Lumosity is a website that offers cognitive "games" (& others similar exist). Medication & psychotherapy will be necessary to keep ur illness @ bay
