Not impossible: But i would highly recommend getting professional help. Some individuals have more serious and persisting symptoms or patterns of bipolarity than others and may benefit from professional help. Reading and learning tools/strategies is a vital part of treatment either with or without professional help. But because of the severity of the disorder, professional help is warranted.
