Ulcers in TI: Non steroidal inflammattory drugs such as motrin often do. Rarely TB, yersinia or lymphoma.

Not commonly: I suppose bacterial overgrowth might, but that's not anywhere near as common as Crohn's. I suppose inflammatory bowel disease overlaps it slightly as do vascular autoimmune diseases, but these would not commonly affect ileium and would have other symptoms that would overshadow the ileium!

Yes.: Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, opportunistic infections and TB can do this, but Crohn's is a good first guess.
