Be careful & wary: Check this out: http://m.medlineplus.gov/druginfo/natural/700.html seems like you're Ok if you take it in small amounts. It works as an anti-inflammatory. Just be careful is doesn't interact with other meds, and know the side effect profile so you know what to look for if you have to stop. Get pharmaceutical-grade supplements. Because they're not considered drugs, the FDA doesn't monitor quality.
