Yellow watery direa,abdomen pain,since 2 days,been on antibiotics 4 2 days,didnt travel nor been near to anyone sick,no fever,no vomitting what's wrong?

Gastroenteritis: It is not clear from your note whether you took the antibiotics before or after the onset of these symptoms. In Egypt the water sources may be suspect and you could have Giardiasis, amoebiasis, or other pathogens. If you had already had antibiotics think about Clostridium difficile colitis. The most common cause of this would be viral, and that should not last more than 5-7 days. Wish you better.
