Gastroenteritis: Gastroenteritis is caused by an infection in the intestines/stomach. Virus can enter with food or drinks and causes discomfort for 3-7 days. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and electrolyte solutions (frequent small sips if necessary), as well as eating BRAT foods (small bites) because it will help your body heal faster. Headaches can occur if you are dehydrated or low in electrolytes.
