I like flaxseed.: High in fiber, high in omega 3 fatty acids, adds a nutty flavor to yogurt and oatmeal. I'm all for it. Don't use the oil, you lose the fiber. Work up slowly. Can cause some bloating if you are too enthusiastic in the beginning. And you need to know that flaxseed is also rich in calories.
