Various causes: QRS complexes of low voltage can be seen in a number of conditions including emphysema, pericardial effusion (fluid surrounding heart) or cardiomyopathy (condition affecting heart muscle). Why was ECG done? This needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist ... it may be normal for you, but needs complete assessment. Good luck!

Ecg: There are many reasons for low voltage ecg. You can discuss with your doctor. There are many 'conditions' which can cause this finding as well as we sometimes see it for 'we don't know why.' Your doctor should have a good handle on the 'conditions' possibilities in you.
