YES: Having an hiatal hernia and ulcer should no affect your fertility; meaning that you can get pregnant. It is important to keep in mind that your symptoms may be worse during pregnancy. Your condition should be well controlled, and preferably the ulcer healed prior to trying to get pregnant. You should also be sure you are not anemic, and take a multivitamin with Folate (folic acid) every day.
