Not usual: You have a history of hiatal and peptic ulcers. You have noticed night sweats and fevers. It is unusual to think of peptic ulcers causing fever and night sweats if you are treated. Start recording your actual temperature and time to see when it spikes. Take this information to your doctor. She/he will want to know the medications you take and any herbal supplements. If you are loosing weight.

Doubtful: The hiatal hernia and the peptic ulcers are unlikely to give you night chills and aches. Are you being treated medically for your ulcers? If not then you could certainly have complications from them, but they would not present as you have described. Best to see your doc.
