Sorry: I'm sorry to say, not really. That puts the BMI at about 30, which is the cutoff for overweight/obesity class I. Yes, muscle is more dense but this is almost never enough to explain the extra weight. Remember - it's a lot easier to make small changes u can live with than lose a lot of wt only to gain it back. I would speak with a dietician. Best of luck!
