See your Doctor: People who complain of muscle cramps are dehydrated or there is a decrease of blood flow to the muscle. Cramping in legs and feet could be from lack of blood flow to the muscles. Seek advice from your doctor or a vascular specialist.

Cramps in muscle: This could be a magnesium deficiency, or a neurologic disorder. See a neurologist.
