Possible anxiety: Unless you have Diabetes or other risk factors for peripheral neuropathy ( such as obesity, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance,hypothyroidism etc) these symptoms are usually a manifestation of anxiety. You may consider a complete evaluation by FP/Internist.
