Yes!: Two hours after a meal the glucose should be under 180, so that is great. The best thing you can do to help your hypoglycemia is to eat correctly, as I hope your doctor told you. Avoid concentrated sweets, eat a balance of healthy carbs (veggies, esp.) protein and healthy fats with each meal. Cut out caffeine; it lowers your glucose rapidly.
