Diet: Modification is important in diabetics. No concentrated sweets to avoid rises in bs. Also i tell people eat 6-8 small meals a day, to avoid rises and valleys and avoid hypoglycemia. The medicines work even when sugar is low, it is up to us to prevent the drop. There are medicines that work mainly when bs is high only but are weaker. Discuss diet with doctor and nutritionist. Good luck.
