Well I just got over a sinus infection or a cold that lasted 24 hours. Now all thats left is a little bit of post nasal drip, small cough, and a dry throat. How do i get rid of this?

How long before post nasal drip is considered sinus infection? Was not sick prior to. Started suddenly. Very thick cannot cough out. I literally have to use my fingers to remove it from my throat. Tried Claritin, saline, Flonase. Been 10 days now?
