See your dentist: Tongue blisters may appear due to various reasons and are painful sores. There are many forms of blisters: canker, sores, fever blisters, bacterial infection, etc. Regardless, any ulcer that lasts longer than 2-3 weeks should be checked out by your dentist or PCP.
