Call dentist: Geographic tongue is a benign condition and no treatment is needed for this. But boils, and white spots are a different matter completely and this should be evaluated by your dentist. There are many causes for this that can only be diagnoses by your dentist.

Geographic tongue: Geographic tongue is genetic and not treatable but only treated palliatively by avoiding spicy foods or foods that exasperate symptoms the boils would need to be seen i can not definitively diagnose based of the info.

See Oral Surgeon: Geographic tongue is a benign condition of unknown etiology although they often run in families and may have a genetic component. "boils" are local infections. The two occurrences are likely unrelated. You need to see a general dentist or oral surgeon to confirm the diagnosis for each, especially what you refer to as "boils".

Immune problem: Dr sandlers explanation of you condition is accurate. But both conditions may have to due to an immune problem and/ or hormonal component, perhaps stress induced. A good exam and blood work up should be done if you have repeated episodes!
