When i was 16/17 my tsh was 5-6 and now it is around 3-3.76. i don't take thyroid meds because it's not severe enough. is it normal for it to flucate?

Yes/no: The common cause of thyroid disorder......Hassimoto's Disease. Autoimmune destruction ofthyroid tissue.....which comes in episodic attacks. At an episode you will have sore throat and temporary increase in thyroxine level, lower T SH level. Look at the trend andclinical finding, other medication and food.
