Further evaluation: need to do more to find out what's going on. Need to check the free thyroid hormones along with thyroid antibodies. Repeat the TSH as well. You can't only look at TSH and make a diagnosis. For now, it's pointing to hypothyroidism but you don't know how severe or what's the cause yet. See your doc. complete workup. good luck.
