Neck mass: Without seeing a picture or physical exam its not possible to provide you with a relevant response; however, it may be tail of parotid mass / tumor. It needs to have imaging study (MRI) . It may also be a lymphadenopathy or a cyst. It needs to be seen by an ENT. Elevated ESR may be infection, autoimmune disease or unrelated to the mass.
