Hi, i am 24 years old male. from last two days i am feeling a hard tiny bump on my mastoid bone behind the right ear. when i touch it. i feel like i touch bone, its little red & yesterday i massage it and it got swelling. today no swell & symptom oth?

ItIs most likely a small lymph node. These do arise in the area of the mastoid bone if it gets swollen and red it could be fighting some type of infection maybe from a hair follicle or skin
