Relax the sphincter: Fissure form due to anal sphincter muscles pulling against each other tearing the mucosa and forming the fistula. Relaxing the muscles with nifedipine ointment is the best therapy.

Fissure: never use suppository with anal fissure ! It's cruel and not help. Hemorrhoids cream not help - lack of education to use this. Need nifedipine cream 0.2% 2x daily 8weeks
