How do I treat a thrombosed hemorrhoid I have tried hot baths, suppositories, medication cream and ib profhen. What can I do.? I am miserable and everytime the blood cycle flows thru the rectum, I am crying in pain, I have been awake all night.

Last Wednesday I noticed the onset of a large external hemorrhoid. I have been stricken with at worst like 7/10 pain. No topical creams or tuck wipes help. Its terrible now to sit and walk. What else can I do, and how long before seeking treatment?
