How do i treat a thrombosed hemorrhoid i have tried hot baths, suppositories, medication cream and ib profhen. what can i do.? i am miserable and everytime the blood cycle flows thru the rectum, i am crying in pain, i have been awake all night.

You need: To see a colorectal surgeon. A thrombosed external hemorrhoid is treated by incision and drainage of the clot under local anesthesia in the doctors office. A simple procedure with excellent results.
