No: Your clearance is slightly low can be affected by things such as hydration. Have another test done in the future, one test never tells everything. The key to protecting kidneys is to stop things that harm them. NSAIDS, control BP stop smoking, control sugar, control cholesterol. Exercise regularly, sleep well and use a multivitamin. Stay well hydrated.

Kidney function: Hi, from the report I don;t think there is anything to worry about. Protect your kidneys with keeping your blood pressure within normal range, avoid becoming Diabetic by exercising and keeping your weight down, and you should be fine.

Units are important: What units is the creatinine reported in? In the us we most frequently see mg/dl while in more sophisticated countries mmol/liter is preferred. This is important.

You're fine: Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies fall outside on either end. Al guys who lift run creatinine above "normal." When I was a pumped young doctor lifting daily. I ran 1.6 or more. Good for you.
