Muscle pain: Likely to be muscle pain from spasm. You may benefit from local heat, massage, manipulation therapy. Do rule out nerve problem - do you have any pain radiating down your leg?. Hope that helps.

Back pain: There are many causes for your pain including poor posture, muscle strain, spinal curvature and many more. If your pain continues, you need to get in for evaluation and treatment. Good luck.
