Consider physical: Therapy, acupuncture, electrical stimulation/ tens, epidural shots ( given by pain specialists), magnetic therapy , medication use (nsaids, muscle relaxers, opioids, tramadol , gabapentin, antidepressants etc) i presume u were already checked for arthritis, herniated disc etc. The persistence of the pain is from bruising of the muscles and nerves, ?Rsd etc http://www.Livestrong.Com/article/358522-.
