I have red spots/rash on both sides of my torso from under chest to top of my hips . they do not itch, no puss, no fever, no difficulty breathing. some of the spots look like they have a white head. no new laundry soap?

If localized only to the back we think of factors that would put it there,like laying down on a wool mat or wearing a shirt with a colored decal in that location. Much of rash assessment is visual, so since I can't see it and we can't view it on the public site I must leave it a puzzle.
