Sharp pain in rite lung while breathing deep+pain in rite shoulder+feeling of sand bag at rite lung+heaviness of rite arm n leg+fever+dry cough often?

Need chest xray: The pain with deep breathing suggests pleuritic pain (due to inflammation or fluid between the lung and chest wall). The fever and dry cough suggest infection. The pain in shoulder could be due to pain from fluid/inflammation involving the diaphragm known as "referred pain." a chest xray and/or ct scan of chest would be helpful to determine if there is fluid outside or inside the lung.
