Anatomical variation: The ovarian pedicle is a stalk like structure, some shorter, some longer, and ovaries are not normally fixed to pelvic wall.

It's shy.: The ovaries are on a bungie like tether (Fallopian Tube) and are free to wander about the pelvis. This is normal don't worry
