Probably yours...: It was likely to be your blood that you got on yourself. And I don't know of any confirmed cases of HIV transmission from a mosquito.

No way, don't worry: HIV has never been transmitted by mosquitos or by getting blood on the skin, whether from squashing a mosquito or any other contact. Don't worry about it and no need for HIV testing.
