In theory this could happen, if the other person has HIV, but it never has: in the 40+ years of the known worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, nobody is known to have been infected in this way. If it was a very large exposure (like blood all over your face in taking care of an accident or gunshot victim), see a doctor for advice. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
