The good news..: Gilbert's is a benign elevation of bilirubin wit no major consequences. Some people suffer of tiredness not necessarily related to increase in bilirubin levels. There is no specific treatment for it. However the good news is that studies have shown that people with this condition may have less probability of cardiovascular disease(caused by atherosclerosis) and certain cancers. F/u with your dr.
