I was diagnosed with gilbert syndrome as after a surgery i was yellow and my dad also has it will i ever notice in the future and get symptoms from it because i've never known or had any symptoms with it that is the first time i've ever had jaundice?

Gilbert Syndrome is a completely benign issue that manifests during periods of physical stress. Going through surgery is a plausible trigger. You will probably experience this again in the future.

It may happen again but this syndrome is benign. The jaundice goes away on its own, and does not usually cause health problems.
