Hydration: Gilbert's syndrome is a benign condition. The jaundice becomes prominent if one is dehydrated or during inter current unrelated acute febrile illness. The best you can do is to drink enough fluids to avoid dehydration.

Gilbert's disease: See your doctor because you may have a super i posed condition that is affecting your liver. In gilbert's disease you will not normally have yellow sclera.
