No: Unless there is a severe lab error, there is no way a pregnancy can be sustained at that level. Less than 5 is a negative test in most labs. 9 – 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 – 288,000 mIU/ml; to have a positive ultrasound at 7 weeks your hcg should have been at least 1000. Did you see a heartbeat? Possible/ unlikely!: Keep holding on, and test again next week -- but it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Nonetheless, keep testing for i more week, and hope! if it remains negative, then try an ovulation prediction test, and try again when indicated… Good luck!

Very unusual: You should definitely see your doctor. In a normal intrauterine pregnancy, your HCG should have increased many times already. What do you mean by a positive ultrasound at 7 weeks?
