Had a + us at 7 wks, but my hcg hasn't gone above <2. i've had light spotting 3 days, had a hcg test today at 10wks & hcg is <2 could i still be preg?

No: Unless there is a severe lab error, there is no way a pregnancy can be sustained at that level. Less than 5 is a negative test in most labs. 9 – 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 – 288,000 mIU/ml; to have a positive ultrasound at 7 weeks your hcg should have been at least 1000. Did you see a heartbeat? Very unusual: You should definitely see your doctor. In a normal intrauterine pregnancy, your HCG should have increased many times already. What do you mean by a positive ultrasound at 7 weeks?
