Get help now: Acne on the trunk almost always requires a combination of topical Rx (benzoyl peroxide and/or retinoic acid) and systemic Rx. If an antibiotic doesn't clear you, it may be time to discuss isotretinoin. The latter is not for the faint-hearted but is very effective.
