Periodontist never said to me over 4 yrs. that i had major bottom front teeth gum recession issue. i switched and dds did bone and alloderm. hmm?

Normal: At your age to get slight gum recession, that might be treated by scaling and root planing, but in extreme gum recession that involves some bone loss around the roots of your bottom front teeth, surgical intervention might be needed in the form of bone grafting and membrane to facilitate healing. Hmm ?: If you're insinuating that your prior periodontist did not diagnose or treat you correctly, you'll have to have another local periodontist review your treatment records. It may very well be that your major problem developed over the four years, even though the periodontist did their best to save those compromised teeth. All the best...
