Yes, & other things: Armpit (axilla) lump under the skin could be a clogged sweat gland; also could be a lymph node enlarged due to infection in area that it drains, such as any part of the upper extremity down to the fingernail; of course those nodes also drain the breast and chest wall in the area, which could be from infection or cancer. Lymphoma would be also very serious. If it's two months, time to see your pcp.
